I am a semiprofessional runner. Since my early childhood I love to move, to run and I just have fun in the nature! I love to share my love to running and moving with other people....since 4 years I live in the beautifull Engadin and I invite everyone of you to discouver all the nice trails in this valley, where every run is a real advanture!

Great run in beautiful scenery with some elevation gain, climbing a small mountain with a nice view of the valley from the top and passing a mountain lake. Very friendly guide, familiar with the place and the Engadin area as a whole and very knowledgeable about running/training.
